REDISOLV
Description
Class IIa medical device.
Sachets of liquid product useful for proper intestinal function and for the treatment of symptoms associated with irritable bowel syndrome.
It promotes the normalization of the intestinal bacterial flora, reduces abdominal bloating, abdominal pain, and cramps.
Directions for use
Take 1 sachet per day. The dosage can be increased to 2 sachets per day. The product can be taken directly from the sachet or diluted in water or other beverages (juices, yogurt). The recommended treatment duration is 4 weeks (28 days). If, after this period, no significant improvement in symptoms has been achieved, consult a doctor.
It is advisable to discontinue treatment for at least 2 weeks before scheduled surgery.
Components
Partially hydrolyzed guar gum and simethicone; excipients: water, vegetable glycerin, sucralose, citric acid, pear flavor, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, polysorbate 80, sucrose esters.
Warnings
The medical device may delay or reduce the absorption of medicines and/or food supplements taken at the same time. In any case, it is advisable to take the product at least 2 hours apart from medicines or food supplements.
The use of the device is contraindicated in cases of hiatal hernia, esophageal narrowing, or intestinal obstructions. The product may interfere with the action of some reagents used in diagnostics such as guaiac gum. Do not take in case of known hypersensitivity to the product, to any of the components, to simethicone or guar gum.
Furthermore, in case of simultaneous use of oral contraceptives, thyroid drugs or thyroid hormones, and antibiotics, take Redisolv only after consulting a doctor. The components of the product have hypoglycemic effects that may be associated with those determined by antidiabetic drugs; consequently, diabetic patients must consult a doctor before taking the product.
Do not use the product below 12 years of age. During pregnancy or breastfeeding, take only if strictly necessary and after consulting a doctor.
It is advisable not to take quantities greater than those indicated, as higher doses may cause unexpected adverse effects.
Do not use for more than 30 consecutive days; if symptoms persist, consult a doctor. Do not take in case of intolerance to the product.
Storage
Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the package. The expiry date refers to the product in an intact package, correctly stored.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from sources of light and heat: open the sachet only at the time of taking.
Do not use if the sachet is damaged.
Store the product at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
