Bromelain 2,400 GDU is a set of enzymes with predominant proteolytic activity extracted from pineapple, renowned as an anti-edematous agent for its proteolytic action that increases the drainage of edematous flow and proteins from the lymphatic system, stimulates the activation of the fibrinolytic system, and helps restore normal vascular permeability. It is particularly effective in treating inflammatory states of soft tissues associated with trauma, localized inflammations (especially in the presence of edema), and postoperative tissue reactions.
