Description
Food supplement based on psyllium husk (Plantago ovata) useful for promoting intestinal transit regularity as it helps maintain normal stool volume and consistency. It promotes the balance of intestinal bacterial flora thanks to its prebiotic effect. Furthermore, it modulates nutrient absorption and promotes carbohydrate and lipid metabolism.

Psyllium (Plantago ovata Forssk.) pure husk powder 99%, maltodextrin, orange fruit juice powder (maltodextrin), natural orange flavor; acidifier: citric acid (E 330); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide (E 551); sweetener: sucralose (E 955); coloring: beta-carotene [E 160 a (i)].

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 to 4 sachets throughout the day. Dissolve the contents of one sachet in 250 ml of water (still): add the powder first, then the water.
Shake vigorously for a few seconds and drink immediately. Take the product between meals to promote intestinal regularity; before meals to modulate nutrient absorption.
Take the product at least 2 hours before or 2 hours after taking medication.
