Description
Food supplement based on passionflower, lavender, hawthorn, and melatonin. Passionflower and lavender promote relaxation (sleep; in cases of stress), furthermore, passionflower promotes mental well-being and lavender supports a normal mood.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.

Ingredients
Pearlitol Flash (D-mannitol, corn starch), passionflower herb with flowers dry extract (Passiflora incarnata L.) titrated to 3.5% vitexin, lavender flowering tops dry extract (Lavandula angustifolia Mill.), hawthorn flowering tops dry extract [Crataegus monogyna Jacq. and Crataegus laevigata (Poir.) DC] titrated to 2.5% hyperoside, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide; flavouring, hydroxypropylcellulose; sweeteners: aspartame, sucralose, saccharin; melatonin.

Gluten-free and lactose-free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day, to be dissolved in the mouth.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Contains a source of phenylalanine. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
