Ingredients
Powder of: Ashwagandha [Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal.] radix, Jatamansi (Nardostachys jatamansi DC.) radix, Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.) radix, Emblica (Phyllanthus emblica L.) fructus; dry extract of: Brahmi [Bacopa monnieri (L.) Pennell] herba, Centella (Centella asiatica Urban) herba; calcium carbonate; stabilizer: gum arabic; powder of Greater Galangal (Alpinia galanga Willd.) rhizoma; dry extract of Clitoria (Clitoria ternatea L.) radix; anti-caking agents: starch, magnesium silicate, magnesium salts of fatty acids (stearic); glazing agent: HPMC.

Directions for use
Take 1 tablet twice a day with water.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
The product is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.

Shelf life unopened: 36 months.
