Description
Day: a food supplement based on ingredients useful for adjusting the nutritional balance in cases of insufficient dietary intake or increased daily requirement. In particular, vitamin D and zinc promote the normal function of the immune system. Zinc promotes the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin PP contributes to normal energy metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Zinc and biotin contribute to maintaining normal muscle function. These micronutrients are also supplemented with arginine and carnitine.
Night: a food supplement based on ingredients useful for adjusting the nutritional balance in cases of insufficient dietary intake or increased daily requirement. In particular, magnesium contributes to normal energy metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to maintaining normal muscle function and to physiological electrolyte balance. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep: the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.

How to use
Day: take one day stick pack after breakfast in the morning.
