Ingredients
Chondroitin sulfate, glucosamine sulfate, methyl sulfonyl methane (MSM), microcrystalline cellulose, horsetail (Equisetum Arvense L.) dry extract whole plant titrated to 3% in silicon, gotu kola (Centella Asiatica) dry extract leaves titrated to 3% in asiaticoside, ascorbic acid (vitamin C); stabilizer: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1-2 tablets per day with a glass of water.

Storage
Store in a cool and dry place, away from light and direct heat sources, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. The expiry date refers to the product in intact packaging, properly stored. Do not disperse into the environment after use.
