Directions for use
For first use, remove the cap and apply the appropriate graduated dropper. Take 0.5 ml-1 ml of the product daily, pure or mixed in non-carbonated drinks at a maximum temperature of 37°C, ideally milk or yogurt. Shake well before each use.

Storage
Store at a temperature below 25°C; avoid exposure to localized heat sources, sunlight, and keep away from humidity.
