Description
Medical device to be used as an adjuvant in the repair and regeneration of the nasal mucosa.
It promotes the trophic process that is the basis of nasal mucosa regeneration and has a lubricating, emollient, and protective action in cases of stuffy nose sensation and nasal dryness, also due to irritating agents or in case of lesions, improving symptoms including possible epistaxis.
rinoLysYaL is a topical cream containing T-LysYal, a Supramolecular aggregate of hyaluronic acid, lysine, thymine, and sodium chloride, characterized by a large and fluid hydrodynamics. This peculiarity allows it to act on the structures of the mucosal epithelium, modulating the inflammatory and lesion repair process by reactivating regenerative processes at the cellular level.
Cream that aids the repair and regeneration process of damaged/dry or otherwise altered nasal mucosa due to:
- acute rhinitis (common cold) and chronic rhinitis (such as in chronic users of nasal decongestants);
- allergic rhinitis and/or sinusitis;
- iatrogenic rhinitis (from the use/misuse of pharmacologically active substances);
- nasal dryness resulting from atmospheric pollution (dust, smoke, smog, pollen), prolonged stay in dry or dusty environments;
- chronic pathological conditions of the nasal mucosa, especially in the presence of crusts in the nasal cavities: in these cases, the product plays an adjuvant role in the reparative and regenerative processes of the mucosa. This action can also be helpful in the reparative and regenerative processes following rhinoplasty and cauterization surgeries for turbinate hypertrophy, as well as endoscopic procedures.
rinoLysYaL is emollient and protective against external irritating agents, thus further promoting the reconstructive processes of the nasal mucosa. Regular use of rinoLysYaL helps restore the sensation of a clear and well-lubricated nose and improve symptoms such as epistaxis, crusts, rhinorrhea, itching, sneezing, burning, dryness, and altered sense of smell.

Instructions for use
- Wash hands thoroughly before proceeding.
- Apply an adequate amount of cream according to the size of the nostril. For convenience, it is advisable to dispense the cream before use and apply it gently.
- Gently massage the nose from the outside, preferably with upward movements, to ensure even distribution of the cream inside.
- In case of perinasal skin irritation, the product can also be applied to the skin.
- It is recommended to apply 2-3 times a day in each nostril.
- During application, breathe normally without inhaling deeply.

Components
T-LysYal 0.5% (Supramolecular aggregate of hyaluronic acid, lysine, thymine, sodium chloride), aqua, ethylhexyl stearate, glyceryl stearate, dimethicone, propylene glycol, cetearyl alcohol, cyclopentasiloxane, glycolic acid, peg-100 stearate, triethanolamine, sorbitan stearate, stearic acid, methylparaben, propylparaben, sodium dehydroacetate, lecithin, tocopherol, ascorbyl palmitate, citric acid.

Warnings
The product is contraindicated in subjects who have intolerance/hypersensitivity to any of the components.
No clinically relevant side effects are known for rinoLysYaL®; in the presence of nasal crusts, a burning sensation may occasionally occur, which tends to disappear spontaneously in a very short time.
Prolonged use of the product does not present problems; however, if the signs and symptoms of the condition for which rinoLysYaL is used persist and/or worsen, consult a doctor. If side effects other than those described appear, consult your doctor.
Although no effects of rinoLysYaL during pregnancy and/or breastfeeding are known, the application of the product in these cases is subject to the doctor's judgment.

Storage
Store at room temperature. Keep away from heat sources.
The expiration date refers to the unopened and correctly stored product.
Validity with intact packaging: 48 months.
