Description
Food supplement based on choline, vitamin C and vitamin E. Useful in case of increased need or decreased dietary intake of these nutrients.

Ingredients
Fructose, choline citidine phosphate sodium salt; sweetener: sorbitol (E 420i); L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), flavouring; acidifier: citric acid (E 330); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide (E 551), DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate [vitamin E, corn starch, silicon dioxide (E551)].

Gluten-free.

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take 1-2 orally soluble sachets per day, to be dissolved directly in the mouth or diluted in a glass of water.
The sachets are particularly suitable for patients with swallowing difficulties.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
The product contains polyols: excessive consumption can have laxative effects.

Storage
Store at room temperature (15-30°C); avoid exposure to localized heat sources, sunlight and contact with water.
The expiry date refers to the product stored correctly, in an intact package.
