Ointment specifically for controlling irritative phenomena of the anogenital area in pediatric age. Particularly indicated in the symptomatic treatment of itching, redness, burning during anogenital phlogosis in pediatric and pre-pubertal age on an irritative basis (e.g. diaper rash), allergic (e.g. atopic dermatitis), infectious (e.g. Staphylococcus vulvovaginitis). Adjuvant in the symptomatic treatment of vulvar repercussions of systemic diseases (e.g. chickenpox). The treatment is compatible with any pharmacological interventions required.
Contains Adelmidrol, a substance belonging to the class of Aliamides, capable of down-modulating mast cell degranulation, and consequently exerting a rebalancing action on tissue hyperactivity.
2-dodecenedioic acid (transtraumatic acid) facilitates the convergence of local epithelial cells, promoting the "restitutio ad integrum" of the mucocutaneous barrier, which is compromised in hyper-reactive conditions. The product uses an innovative mucoadhesive technology, such that the substances present in the formulation are conveyed and dynamically retained at the application site, thanks to the binding between hyaluronic acid and CD44 receptors expressed by inflamed epithelial cells.

Instructions for use
Apply 2 or more times a day, spreading the ointment evenly over the anogenital area until symptoms subside or as otherwise directed by a doctor. In the case of diaper rash, apply a thin layer of the product to the entire affected area with each diaper change, after thorough washing. The product is formulated to ensure an effective mucocutaneous protective barrier.

Warnings
Product is not indicated for individuals already sensitized to the components present in the formulations.
