Directions for use
Pour the contents of the sachet into a glass with 150 - 200 ml of water or fruit juice, and mix well. One sachet of powdered drink corresponds to one daily dose. It is recommended to take for at least 4 weeks, but preferably for 8 weeks.
Note: It is normal for the contents not to dissolve completely.
