Description
The Natura+ drainable pouch is a two-piece collection device.
The pouch features a circular flange with an interlocking rail. This structure, thanks to its 8 teeth, allows for a secure and easy hermetic connection to the corresponding wafer. The pouch is equipped with a filter and is primarily indicated for ileostomy patients who desire a secure and easy-to-apply, remove, and empty device.
Furthermore, the exclusive InvisiClose closure system, free of rigid closure clamps, maximizes comfort, hygiene, and ease of use.

Technical Features
The system consists of two parts:
- skin barrier, to be left on the abdomen for approximately 2 days
- collection pouch, to be replaced as needed.
The pouch is equipped with an advanced activated carbon filter in compound form that allows for the escape and deodorization of intestinal gases. The presence of an internal protective film and the position of the filter, centered and at the top of the pouch, prevents possible contact with effluents.
The pouch has a symmetrical shape and is covered with a soft non-woven fabric welded at the edges. The lining is present on both sides of the pouch in the opaque version and on the body side in the transparent version. The dimensions of the pouch with the bottom extended are: 28.2 cm in length and 15.2 cm in width, while the length with the bottom folded is 19.5 cm.
The exclusive InvisiClose closure system consists of: semi-rigid staggered flaps made of washable plastic material (7.1 cm width), washable plastic velcro closure system, and a Lock-it pocket into which the bottom of the pouch can be folded.
The flanged connection ensures maximum hermeticity and sealing security against leaks. There are two plastic tabs on the pouch flange to allow the use of an abdominal belt. The water-repellent and soft cover fabric ensures comfort and discretion and allows the skin to breathe. The filter ensures effective and long-lasting deodorization of gases. A special sticker allows for total occlusion, useful for example during bathing or showering.
The InvisiClose closure system, being made of entirely waterproof and washable material, allows for easy and completely hygienic emptying of the device whenever necessary. A slight pressure on the ends of the white flaps at the bottom of the pouch allows for easy emptying of the pouch, which can, if desired, be folded into the dedicated Lock-it pocket.
