Vaginitis of an infectious nature or caused by inflammatory stimuli, including sexually transmitted ones, or attributable to iatrogenic causes, with particular reference to certain drugs used in antitumor chemotherapy, all represent conditions characterized by mucocutaneous hyper-reactivity states frequently associated with edema, a sensation of tension, vaginal discharge, localized and generalized discomfort, and district hyperalgesic states.
Thanks to its components, Saginil Vaginal Douche contributes to maintaining and/or restoring the morpho-functional integrity of the vaginal mucosa.
Adelmidrol controls the recurrence phenomena that frequently occur following vaginitis of different etiologies.
The ALIA (Autacoid Local Injury Antagonism) biological technology, in fact, allows for effective intervention on mucosal reactivity both in terms of normalizing pro-inflammatory mediators and by modulating the secretory behavior of the mucosal mast cell which, through the mucosal channels, exposes itself to the vaginal cavity.
Phytosphingosine exerts synergistic control over any microbial component, ensuring a protective action on the vaginal mucosa.
Tocopherol acetate (Vitamin E) ensures control of oxidative stress associated with mast cell hyper-reactivity. Polyvinyl alcohol and Sodium Hyaluronate, in combination, allow for good mucoadhesion of the douche and therefore optimal efficacy of Adelmidrol on the mast cell target.

Indications
Ready-to-use vaginal douche with physiological pH, normalizing vaginal mucocutaneous reactivity.
Particularly indicated during vaginitis of different etiologies, in post-coital phases, after trans-vaginal surgical procedures, in post-partum phases and after the menstrual cycle.
It is recommended to use one bottle of douche 2-3 times a week or as directed by a specialist.

How to use
Wash hands thoroughly. Shake the bottle before use.
Remove the protective cap by bending it sideways to break the safety seal (1).
Pull out the cannula until it stops and tilt it to facilitate insertion (2).
Insert the cannula into the vagina and squeeze the bottle until it is completely empty.

Warnings
Store the product at room temperature.
Avoid contact with eyes.
Keep out of reach of children.
The product is not indicated for individuals already sensitized to the components present in the formulation.
Preferably use by the date indicated on the packaging.

Storage
The product has a shelf life of 36 months from the date of production.
