Ingredients
Magnesium sulfate; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose.

Gluten and lactose free.

Directions for use
Take up to 7 tablets daily with water, tea, or juice.
