Ingredients
Bamboo [Bambusa bambos (L.) Voss] shoot dry extract titrated to 75% silica, spirulina [Spirulina platensis (G.) Geitler] thallus with 60% protein, Nettle (Urtica dioica L.) leaf dry extract titrated to 2% silica, capsule in hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; PANMOL-B- COMPLEX 120: B vitamins from quinoa sprouts (Chenopodium quinoa Willd.); Careflow: mango (Mangifera indica L.) fruit with 0.03% mangiferin, caper (Capparis spinosa L.) fruit dry extract titrated to 50% quercetin, zinc bisglycinate, SunActive Fe-P80LK (ferric pyrophosphate, maltodextrins from sweet potato, sunflower lecithin); anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate; selenium L-methionine, copper bisglycinate.
The extracts are supported on maltodextrins. Gluten-free.

Instructions for use
