Description
Food supplement based on extracts of valerian, California poppy, hops and linden, which promote relaxation and sleep in cases of stress.
Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Ingredients
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root d.e. titrated to 0.8% valerenic acid, California poppy (Eschscholtzia californica Cham.) aerial parts d.e. titrated to 0.35% protopine, capsule in hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, hops (Humulus lupulus L.) strobiles d.e. titrated to 0.4% rutoside, linden (Tillia platyphyllos et cordata) inflorescence d.e. 1% flavonoids; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
The extracts are supported on maltodextrin.

Gluten and lactose free. GMO-free.

How to use
Take 1-2 capsules daily with water, in the late afternoon and before bed, or both half an hour before resting.
