MOTHER TINCTURE

Directions for use:
10-40 drops, 2-4 times a day. External use: 10-20% solution in water for rinses and gargles.
Mother tinctures are generally diluted in a small amount of still water, and the liquid should be held under the tongue for about 1 minute to facilitate absorption. The water can also be warmed; this will better activate the preparation, which will be absorbed more easily.
