Maltodextrin; bulking agent: sorbitol; S-adenosyl methionine (SAMe) Symbio, L-tryptophan; acidifier: citric acid; flavor; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), vitamin E acetate (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); sweetener: sucralose; L-methylfolate, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

Directions for use
Take 1 sachet per day, either directly into the mouth or dissolved in a glass of water.
