Description
Dietary supplement based on S-adenosyl-L-methionine and melatonin, useful in all cases of reduced dietary intake or increased organic need for these nutrients. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep; this effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin before going to bed.

Ingredients
Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose (cellulose gel), mannitol; S-adenosyl-L-methionine disulfate p-toluenesulfonate, fatty acids; anti-caking agents: magnesium oxide, silicon dioxide, talc, magnesium salts of fatty acids, polyvinylpyrrolidone, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; coating agents: hydroxypropylcellulose, ethylcellulose, carnauba wax; colorants: titanium dioxide, E133; melatonin; stabilizer: glycerol.

Gluten-free.

Directions for use
Take 1 tablet daily, swallowed with a sip of water.

Store in a cool, dry place away from light and localized heat sources, sunlight, and avoid contact with water. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored in an intact package.
