Description
Food supplement with glucomannan, myo-inositol, chromium and magnesium. Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels. Magnesium contributes to normal energy metabolism.

Ingredients
Glucomannan (from Amorphophallus konjac K. Koch radix); capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; magnesium oxide, myo-inositol; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; chromium picolinate.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 2 capsules before lunch and 2 capsules before dinner, with plenty of water.
