Corn starch, sugar, high oleic sunflower oil, glucose syrup; thickener: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; buckwheat flour 3.3%, lentil flour, vegetable fiber (psyllium), yeast, whole grain rice flour 2.2%, corn flour 1.9%, rice flour 1.9%, pea protein, quinoa flour 1.4%, flax flour, chestnut flour, salt, natural flavors.

Palm oil, wheat, lactose, and gluten-free. May contain traces of soy.
