This product contains neither alcohol nor preservatives.

Directions for use
Shake the bottle well before use.
Use the measuring cup provided.
Adults: take 30-60 ml daily.
Also suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
Children: take 20-30 ml daily.
The product can be taken in the morning or in the evening, although it is preferable to take it in the evening before bedtime. In addition, it is recommended to drink sufficient liquids (water or herbal teas) throughout the day.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet.
Do not drink directly from the bottle.

Storage
To avoid fermentation of the contents, recap the bottle immediately after each use, store it upright in the refrigerator and consume within two weeks.
Shelf life of unopened product: 36 months.
Shelf life after opening: two weeks in the refrigerator.
