Designed to promote falling asleep and restful sleep thanks to passionflower, while valerian promotes good sleep quality.
In addition, the product can also be taken during the day to promote relaxation, thanks to the synergy of all the plants present, and to reduce tension, restlessness and irritability, thanks to lemon balm. Being relaxed during the day helps prepare the body for night rest.
The extracts contained in the product are obtained through an exclusive technological extraction process called LPME (Liquid-Phase Microextraction).

Directions for use
It is recommended to take:
- 2 or 3 capsules in the evening to facilitate sleep and improve its quality;
- if necessary, 1 capsule in the morning to promote relaxation during the day.
Since the effect may vary depending on individual sensitivity, it is advisable to start by taking the minimum daily dose, increasing it according to your needs.
