Formulated to promote falling asleep and restful sleep thanks to passionflower, while valerian promotes good sleep quality.
Furthermore, the product can also be taken during the day to promote relaxation, thanks to the synergy of all the plants present, and to reduce tension, restlessness and irritability, thanks to lemon balm. Being relaxed during the day helps prepare the body for night rest.
The extracts contained in the product are obtained through an exclusive technological extraction process, called LPME (Liquid-Phase Microextraction).

Ingredients
Water, ethyl alcohol* (30.4% vol.), concentrated apple juice*; thickener: glycerol*; passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) leaves dry extract*, hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna) flowering tops dry extract*, valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root dry extract, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) leaves dry extract*; thickener: xanthan gum.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take:
- 2 to 4 ml in the evening to facilitate sleep and improve its quality;
- if necessary, 1 ml in the morning to promote relaxation during the day.
The product must be diluted in a small amount of water. Shake before use.
Since the effect may vary depending on individual sensitivity, it is advisable to start by taking the minimum daily dose, increasing it according to your needs.
