Directions for use
It is recommended to take 10 to 20 ml in the evening to facilitate sleep and/or 5 to 10 ml in the morning to promote daytime relaxation. From 1 year of age.
Shake the bottle well before use and use the appropriate dispenser.
The product can be dissolved in water or liquids preferred by the child, such as yogurt, infusions, or fruit juices.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
For proper use of the product in the child's early years, it is advisable to seek the advice of a paediatrician.
The possible presence of undissolved particles is due to the high concentration of the extracts and does not affect the quality of the product.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from light. After opening, store in the refrigerator.
