Ingredients
Water; glycerin; carboxymethylcellulose; magnesium ascorbate; pidolic acid (PCA); sodium selenite.

Directions for use
Shake before use, pour the solution into the measuring cup up to the level (a 2.5 ml dose) and take once a day by pouring it into a glass of water or natural fruit juice.
The product is in liquid form and can also be taken mixed with food or drinks.
