Description
Food supplement indicated in cases of increased need or reduced dietary intake of the nutrients it contains. Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and muscle function. Thanks to the presence of vitamin E and selenium, it is also useful for protecting cells from oxidative stress. Alpha-lipoic acid is important because it intervenes and promotes the restoration of antioxidants such as vitamin E, vitamin C, and glutathione.
