Ingredients
Sweeteners: xylitol, mannitol; flavor, melatonin; bulking agent: sodium carboxymethylcellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Gluten-free.

Instructions for use
The beneficial effect is obtained by taking one 1 mg melatonin tablet, to be dissolved in the mouth, before bedtime.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
