Description
Food supplement based on L-theanine, magnesium, plant extracts and with miniactives retard melatonin.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed. Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function and the normal functioning of the nervous system, while dry jujube extract promotes relaxation, sleep and mental well-being.
With sugar and sweetener.

Ingredients
Maltodextrin, magnesium salts of citric acid, L-theanine, magnolia (Magnolia officinalis Rehder & Wilson) bark dry extract tit. 2% in honokiol, jujube (Ziziphus jujuba Mill.) seeds dry extract tit. 2% in triterpenic saponins, flavouring, miniactives retard melatonin (melatonin, sucrose, corn starch; stabilizer: hydroxypropylcellulose; coating agent: shellac; anti-caking agent: talc); acidifier: citric acid; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose; colour: beta-carotene; melatonin.

Gluten-free.

Directions for use
Dissolve 1 stick in a glass of water in the evening shortly before going to bed.
Concentrated product in sticks to be consumed after reconstitution in 200 ml of water (equal to a full glass of water).

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not take in case of hypersensitivity or allergies to one or more components. Do not consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 800 mg of epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG). It should not be consumed if other green tea products are being consumed on the same day. It should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 18 years of age. It should not be consumed on an empty stomach.

Storage
Store in a cool and dry place away from light and heat sources. Avoid contact with water.
The minimum shelf life refers to the product correctly stored in an intact package.
