A vitamin-vegetable food supplement based on silymarin and vitamin E, useful in counteracting various situations of oxidative stress characterized by the action of free radicals.
A useful coadjuvant in many states of tissue suffering from oxidative stress, it can be used:
- In organic and functional suffering of the hepatic parenchyma. Steatosis.
- In the abuse of various kinds of toxic substances (alcohol, cigarette smoke, hepatotoxic drugs, environmental toxins, chemical toxins, etc.) with consequent induced tissue damage.
- In the protection of liver cells during the use of hepatotoxic drugs.
- Headache and digestive disorders in hepatic insufficiency.
- In the presence of hyperglycemia, hypertriglyceridemia, hypercholesterolemia.
- In the prevention and treatment of mucositis from chemical and physical agents.
- In deficiencies of endogenous antioxidant systems.
       Silymarin
A mixture of flavonolignans (silybin, silydianin, isosilybin and silychristin) with anti-lipoperoxidase activity of cell membranes. Silymarin generally counteracts oxidative stress in addition to exerting its well-known liver protection.
       Vitamin E
An antioxidant factor, it plays an important role in the prevention of polyunsaturated fatty acid oxidation, a key event in the development of the lipid peroxidation process which causes damage to biological membranes. Most of the plasma vitamin E found in LDL, VLDL and HDL lipoproteins performs a reducing action in them.

Ingredients

	per 1 tablet
Silymarin (from Milk Thistle dry extract titrated 70%)	200 mg
Vitamin E	5 mg (50% RDA*)
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose; vegetable magnesium stearate; silicon dioxide. *RDA= percentage of the recommended daily allowance.

Directions for use
On medical advice, preferably away from meals.

Warnings
The product is not recommended for use during pregnancy, breastfeeding and for children under 12 years of age.
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied diet.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light.
