Food supplement based on phospholipids, nervonic acid, vitamins and cytidine diphosphocholine, useful in cases of deficiency or increased need for its nutrients.

Ingredients
Phosphatidylcholine (soy lecithin), food-grade gelatin; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; nervonic acid, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), cytidine diphosphocholine, vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate); anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid).

Gluten-free.

Directions for use
We recommend taking 1-2 capsules daily with a large sip of water.
