Description
Food supplement with magnesium, Griffonia, Boswellia and vitamins B2, B6 and D. Griffonia promotes normal mood, relaxation (sleep) and mental well-being.
Magnesium, vitamin B2 and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Boswellia contributes to joint function and the contrast of localized tension states. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function.

Magnesium oxide, Griffonia seed dry extract [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill.] tit. 20% 5-HTP; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; BOSCAR [Boswellia gum resin dry extract (Boswellia serrata Roxb. ex Colebr.), stearic acid, sunflower lecithin]; anti-caking agents: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids, talc; coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, talc, polyethylene glycol; vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin D (cholecalciferol), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); colorants: calcium carbonate, indigotine.

Directions for use
We recommend taking two tablets daily, to be swallowed with a large sip of water.
