Description
Food supplement based on melatonin, vitamins and plant extracts.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.
Vanilla cream flavor.

Ingredients
Purified water; fructose; lemon balm d.e. (Melissa officinalis L.) leaf titrated to 4% rosmarinic acid; California poppy (Eschscholtzia californica Cham.) herb titrated to 0.2% in protopine; flavor; niacin (nicotinamide); preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; melatonin; thickener: xanthan gum; acidifier: citric acid; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

Gluten-free and lactose-free.

Directions for use
1 ml in the evening before going to bed, to be taken with the graduated pipette included in the package. Shake before use.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources, at a controlled temperature not exceeding 25°C. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored in an unopened package. Consume within 30 days of opening.
