SOFARCLEAN

CE medical device. Sterile pressurized physiological solution. Useful for cleansing, irrigating, and hydrating:
• Acute and chronic wounds.
• Intact or damaged skin surfaces.
• Cavities and mucous membranes of every part of the body.
Sofarclean can also be used as a valuable adjunct in debriding necrotic tissue from encrusted wounds.

How to use
• SOFARCLEAN with a blue nozzle, for a strong jet, is recommended for the systematic cleaning of acute and chronic wounds, before applying the dressing. Thorough cleaning, by irrigation with SOFARCLEAN, allows for proper dressing of lesions, without the need for disinfectants.
• SOFARCLEAN with a white nozzle, for a vaporized jet, is instead suitable for gently hydrating, irrigating, or cleansing: nostrils, throat, mouth, ear, anogenital areas, minor and superficial wounds, and dermatological lesions of various etiologies.
Before applying the vaporized jet, it is recommended to dispense some solution elsewhere each time, in order to clean the nozzle.
