Description
3% hypertonic solution in single-dose format, preservative-free, for nebulization, which acts through various mechanisms that facilitate the movement of respiratory tract secretions, improving breathing in the following ways:
· breaking ionic bonds in the mucous gel, thus reducing the level of secretion viscosity and elasticity;
· absorbing water from the mucosa and submucosa, thereby reducing swelling of the respiratory tract walls;
· inducing coughing and expectoration, which can help eliminate mucus from the bronchi, improving respiratory tract obstruction.
In inhalation therapy, it is particularly indicated for patients suffering from bronchiolitis, acute bronchitis, cystic fibrosis, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It can also be used as a vehicle for other inhaled pharmaceutical products.

Composition
Sterile 3% sodium chloride solution.

Directions for use
It can be used with any type of nebulizer. It is recommended to follow the instructions for use provided by the device manufacturer. Use 4 or 5 ml of solution in inhalation therapy or as prescribed by a doctor.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children.
This product is preservative-free.
After opening, the ampoule must be used immediately and discarded after use, to avoid the risk of contamination and causing any infection.
Do not use in combination with other medicines, unless otherwise indicated by a doctor.
In very sensitive patients, administration should be carried out according to medical prescription, as prior administration of a bronchodilator may be necessary.
In case of bronchospasm or persistent cough, stop treatment and consult your doctor.
Do not use the product after the expiry date.
Do not use if the ampoule is damaged.

Storage
Do not store at a temperature above 25°C.
Shelf life of unopened packaging: 36 months.
