OPHTHALMIC SOLUTION

Description
Sterile ophthalmic solution in a 10 ml bottle without preservatives, with coenzyme Q10 and vitamin E TPGS, two molecules with antioxidant action. COQUN is indicated as a complementary treatment to hypotensive therapy in glaucoma, thanks to its ability to counteract oxidative damage closely linked to the pathology.

Instructions for use
Instill 1-2 drops of COQUN into the conjunctival sac of each eye 2-3 times a day or as otherwise advised by your ophthalmologist.
Before use, remove the tamper-evident ring.
Remove the protective cap.
Instill 1-2 drops into the conjunctival sac of each eye, gently pulling the lower eyelid downwards and looking upwards.
Dispense the product by lightly squeezing the bottle. Due to the intrinsic characteristics of the bottle with a dispenser for preservative-free solutions, as the bottle progressively empties, it may be necessary to apply greater pressure to allow the product to exit.
After use, immediately close the bottle: the solution can be reused within 2 months after the first opening.
Instill COQUN at least 10 minutes after administering other medications.

Components
100 ml of COQUN Ophthalmic Solution contain:
- coenzyme Q10 100 mg;
- vitamin E TPGS (D-alpha-tocopheryl polyethylene glycol 1,000 succinate) 500 mg;
- buffered isotonic solution q.s. to 100 ml.

Warnings
- Do not use the product if you are allergic or hypersensitive to any of the components.
- If adverse reactions occur, discontinue use and consult your ophthalmologist.
- The product can also be instilled while wearing contact lenses.
- Instill the product at least 10 minutes before or after using hypotensive drugs.
- The product maintains its sterility for up to 60 days after the first opening of the bottle.
- The indicated expiration date refers to the product in intact packaging and correctly stored.
- Do not use the product after the expiration date indicated on the package.
- Wash your hands before applying the product.
- Do not touch the eyes with the tip of the bottle.
- Do not use the bottle if damaged.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- For ophthalmic use, do not ingest.

Storage
Store the product away from light and heat sources.
Post-opening validity: 60 days.
