TSP 1%

CE medical device. An ophthalmic solution containing a plant substance extracted from the seeds of the Tamarindus Indica plant, useful for corneal protection, transparent, viscoelastic, sterile. TSP forms a film on the ocular surface that can lubricate and moisturize the cornea and conjunctiva, protecting them from irritations due to environmental physical causes (wind, prolonged exposure to sunlight, cigarette smoke, dry air), visual stress (intense eye strain, VDTs) or mechanical factors (contact lenses, eye surgery).

Directions for use
Administer one drop of TSP into the eye by gently pressing the bottle. The operation can be repeated several times a day, as needed.

Warnings
The product is for external ophthalmic use only. After administration, temporary blurred vision may occur, which disappears within a few minutes: it is advisable to wait for the blurring to disappear before undertaking any activity that requires clear vision (driving cars, operating machinery, etc.). Avoid touching the eye with the tip of the bottle. Do not use in case of known incompatibility with any component of the preparation. Allow 10-15 minutes to pass between the instillation of TSP and any instillation of external ophthalmic drugs. Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the package. Keep the preparation out of the reach and sight of children.

Storage
Do not store above 25°C. The product must be used within 30 days of the first opening of the bottle. Do not disperse the bottle into the environment after use.

Components
TS-Polysaccharide 1%; mannitol; monobasic sodium phosphate; dibasic sodium phosphate; benzalkonium chloride; water for injectable preparations.
