Description
Food supplement based on titrated extracts of chasteberry and black cohosh, which helps to counteract menopausal symptoms. The capsules also contain: lemon balm (relaxation and normal mood), valerian (relaxation in case of stress), melatonin (contributes to the reduction of time to fall asleep) and GABA.

Ingredients
GABA, L-theanine; coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; valerian root (Valeriana officinalis L.) dry extract D/E 4:1, chasteberry fruit (Vitex agnus-castus L.) dry extract tit. 0.5% agnusides calc. as agnuside; bulking agent: dicalcium phosphate; lemon balm leaf (Melissa officinalis L.) dry extract tit. 4% rosmarinic acid; coloring: calcium carbonate; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; black cohosh rhizome (Cimicifuga racemosa (L.) Nutt) dry extract tit. 2.5% triterpene glycosides, melatonin.

Gluten and lactose free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 capsule in the evening (before going to bed).
Swallow the capsule whole or open it and dissolve the contents in a little water.
