Description
Food supplement based on melatonin and plant extracts.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed) and to alleviate the effects of jet lag (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at the destination).
Griffonia and Jujube promote relaxation and sleep.

Directions for use
We recommend 2 sprays, preferably under the tongue, in the evening shortly before going to bed or as needed. Shake before use.
