Soy isoflavones are naturally present.
The melatonin contained helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.
Griffonia contributes to mental well-being and hunger control, promotes sleep and relaxation, the nutrients contained are useful in case of reduced dietary intake or increased need.

Merr.) seeds (40% isoflavones), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, iron oxide (E172), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), natural vitamin E 50% (d-alpha-tocopheryl acetate); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine HCl).

Directions for use
It is recommended to take one day capsule (light) during breakfast in the morning and one night capsule (dark) one hour before going to bed.
