Description
Sterilpeg is a medical device in powder form for extemporaneous oral suspension, useful in the treatment of constipation.
Particularly indicated for chronic constipation and in cases of occasionally irregular bowel movements.
Sterilpeg can be used from 6 months of age.

Ingredients
One full dose contains: 10g of Macrogol 3350, divided into 2 sachets of 5g each (half dose).
Gluten-free.
Lactose-free.

Instructions for use
Dissolve the content of 1 full sachet (10g) in approximately 125ml (one glass) of still water, mixing well.
Increase to 150ml for pediatric use.
Drink the solution once reconstituted.
The half dose (5g) can be dissolved in about half a glass of still water (62.5ml).
It is recommended to take STERILPEG away from meals.
From 6 months to 2 years (up to 12 kg): the content of half a sachet (5g) 1 or 2 times a day.
From 2 to 11 years (from 12 kg to 20 kg): the content of one full sachet (10g) 1 or 2 times a day.
Above 11 years (or >20 kg) and adults: the content of one full sachet (10g) 1 to 3 times a day.

Warnings
The daily dose can be divided into multiple administrations.
The dose can be increased or decreased depending on the individual response to the treatment. In any case, it is advisable to consult a doctor.
Use the product in pediatric age children only after medical advice. Take Sterilpeg preferably away from meals.
Use is not recommended for children under 6 months of age. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age to prevent accidental ingestion of the product.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
