Berberis (Berberis aristata DC) bark dry extract titrated to 97% in berberine; NaringiCol, 98% naringin from pomelo fruits [Citrus grandis (L.) Osbeck,]; milk thistle [Silybum marianum (L.) Gaertn.] fruit dry extract titrated to 80% in silymarin; bulking agents: cellulose, dibasic calcium phosphate; cassia nomame [Chamaecrista nomame (Sieber) H.Ohashi] leaf dry extract titrated to 8% in total flavonoids, olive (Olea europaea L.) fruit dry extract, titrated to 10% in hydroxytyrosol, total monacolins from red yeast rice fermented by Monascus purpureus, corn starch; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable), silicon dioxide; natural D-alpha tocopherol acetate (vitamin E), ubiquinone (coenzyme Q10), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid).

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet daily with water, preferably in the evening after the main meal.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be considered as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not take during pregnancy or breastfeeding, in children under 18 years of age and in adults over 70 years of age. Consult your doctor about consumption in case of health problems. Do not take if you are on medication to lower cholesterol. Do not take if you are already taking other products containing fermented red rice. It is recommended not to consume more than 3 mg of monacolins from red rice per day.
