Description
Food supplement based on tryptophan, amino acids, mineral salts, vitamins and other nutrients. Lavender helps to counteract stress, promotes relaxation and also supports normal mood. In addition, magnesium and vitamins B1, B3, B6, B12, C, folic acid and biotin contribute to normal psychological function.

Directions for use
We recommend taking 6 tablets once or twice a day at any time (6 to 12 tablets per day). Close carefully after use.
