Description
Food supplement of vitamins and minerals specifically formulated to ensure an adequate daily intake of micronutrients in cases of increased physiological needs and reduced intake with a normal diet. Supradyn recharge contains high doses of vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B5, and niacin.
B vitamins, copper, iron, iodine, which contribute to normal energy metabolism by promoting the transformation of food into energy.
Vitamin A, vitamin D, and vitamin C, which contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
Vitamin E, vitamin C, selenium, and zinc, which contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 effervescent tablet per day for adults.
The tablet should be dissolved in a glass of water (about 200 ml).
