Vitamin B6: contributes to normal energy metabolism, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and normal psychological function.
Zinc: contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and normal cognitive function.
Beta-alanine: is a precursor of carnosine.
L-carnitine: is an amino acid derivative normally present in tissues.

How to use
It is recommended to take a maximum of three gummies per day.
