Description
Energizing food supplement with a specific formula based on:
- creatine and specific amino acids: L-arginine and beta-alanine;
- vitamin C to help reduce tiredness and fatigue, and vitamin B1 for normal energy metabolism and normal psychological function;
- magnesium for normal muscle function, zinc for normal macronutrient metabolism, and iron for normal cognitive function.

Ingredients
Creatine monohydrate, L-arginine; acidity regulator: citric acid; beta-alanine, magnesium oxide, potassium citrate, flavourings, maltodextrin, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); sweetener: sucralose; ferric diphosphate; sweetener: acesulfame K; zinc citrate; colour: beta-carotene; vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride).

Gluten-free.
Naturally lactose-free.

Directions for use
One sachet per day, to be dissolved in a glass of cold or hot water (approx. 200 ml).
