Directions for use
Take 1 tablet daily.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Carefully read the ingredients listed on the package. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. The product is not intended for people who do not need to control their blood cholesterol levels. Consumption of more than 3 g of plant sterols per day should be avoided. Patients undergoing cholesterol-lowering treatment should consume the product only under medical supervision. The product may be nutritionally inadequate for pregnant women, breastfeeding women, and children under 5 years of age. Intake should be part of a varied and balanced diet, including regular consumption of fruits and vegetables to help maintain carotenoid levels. Not recommended for women of childbearing age and for pre-pubescent individuals of both sexes.
