Description
Medical device indicated for the prevention and treatment of gastric hyperacidity, including in cases of persistent symptoms, gastroesophageal and laryngopharyngeal reflux, and for mucosal protection.

Ingredients
Sodium alginate, calcium carbonate, potassium bicarbonate, Tamarindus indica seed extract; excipients: ginger extract (flavor), ginger essential oil (flavor), anise and milk flavors, water, carbomer, sodium nipagin, sucralose.

Directions for use
Adults and adolescents (12-18 years).
The recommended dosage is three stick packs per day, to be taken immediately after the two main meals and one before bedtime, for at least two weeks, until symptoms resolve. If symptoms persist after one month of using the product, consult a doctor. Shake the stick pack well before use.

Warnings
In adolescents (12-18 years), use the product only if strictly necessary and under medical supervision. Do not use the product in children under 12 years of age. Although there are no known risks, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, it is advisable to consult a doctor before using the product. Do not exceed the recommended dose; larger doses may cause transient constipation or diarrhea. The product is contraindicated in cases of chronic constipation or diarrhea, kidney disease, or chronic heart failure. Do not use Tamacid for more than 30 consecutive days; if symptoms persist, consult a doctor. Do not take in case of product intolerance. Do not take in case of known hypersensitivity to the components.

Storage
Keep Tamacid in a dry place, away from heat sources or direct light: open the sachet just before use. Do not use if the package is damaged. Keep out of reach of children. Store the device between 15 °C and 25 °C.
