Description
Prepared with soy and salt, thick and rich, with a full flavour. Prepared using the best traditional methods (fermented for 18 months in wooden barrels). The fermentation process enriches it with enzymes that stimulate digestion, and the proteins it contains help to complete a predominantly vegetarian diet. Tamari is pasteurised for one hour at 82°C to prevent degradation and stop fermentation; the high water content would otherwise prevent its preservation. It pairs well with any savoury dish. It replaces salt, stock cubes, and various flavourings. Also suitable for cold dishes, salads, and sauces. To be used directly in dishes with rice, pasta, and sushi. Product suitable for vegans.
